1) We plan to make a booklet which will be provided to every entrant in may.
This will contain all the important informations about the week end like programs, road books, sponsors pages…and we think it would be nice to include few informations about all of us just like on attached document and showing:
– 1 thumbnail photo of driver & co driver
- 1 thumbnail photo of your car
– Your names
- Your car make
– Your country
– Your email or phone nbr
Those informations will only be used for this purpose, and logicaly, this complete booklet will only be provided to entrants appearing in it.
If you agree with this proposal, please quickly send those informations (before march 20th) to both those mail adresses:

2) For those of you who have not yet registered on our site www.accobra.de/annual_cobrameeting, please also send this mail to michael@k-arts.de .
3) Attached are two posters of the event (French & English).
Can you please print them to show in different local classic cars events or meetings you shall attend before may to try to make all Cobra owner aware of this Riviera Happening?

Chers participants au 2010 Riviera Cobra Happening,
1) Nous pensons réaliser un document qui sera remis à chacun de vous en mai.
Il contiendra toutes les informations importantes du week end comme les programmes, road books, pages de nos partenaires…et nous pensons qu’il serait sympa d’y ajouter quelques informations sur chaque participant comme sur la pièce jointe et comprenant:
- 1 petite photo du pilote & copilote
– 1 petite photo de votre auto
– Vos noms
- La marque de votre auto
– Votre pays
– Votre email ou téléphone
Ces informations ne seront utilisées qu’à cet effet, et logiquement, ce document complet ne sera remis qu’à ceux qui y figureront.
Essayez svp de ne pas envoyer des photos trop lourdes et indiquez simplement:

3) Ci-joint deux affiches de la manifestation (Français & Anglais).
Pouvez-vous svp les imprimer pour les afficher aux différentes manifestations d’autos anciennes auxquelles vous participerez avant mai afin que tout propriétaire de Cobra soit informé de ce Riviera Happening?
